Key Responsibilities

The Senior Content Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, influencer, and digital channels.
• Creating engaging short-form content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, managing the process from concept to completion.
• Filming, editing, and publishing social-first videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Writing clear and persuasive copy for social media posts, email communications, product launches, and broader campaigns.
• Monitoring social media trends, formats, and cultural moments to inform and adapt content strategies.
• Collaborating with designers, creators, and the wider team to bring marketing campaigns to fruition.
• Contributing to the evolution and consistency of Nutrili’s brand voice across all communication touchpoints.
• Analyzing content and campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
• A solid understanding of content strategy, current social media trends, and audience engagement principles.
• Practical experience in content creation and editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar software.
• Comfort and capability in both on-camera performance and video editing.
• Proficiency in English copywriting and storytelling.
• Experience in scripting and ideation for video content.
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
