Role Overview: Senior Coordinator - Transport and Distribution

The Senior Coordinator - Transport and Distribution supports the Transport & Distribution Department. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves gathering, cleansing, sorting, and aggregating data from various sources. The Senior Coordinator will consult on business information and decision-making needs, and will design, plan, coordinate, and manage data to generate output reports and presentations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with shipping companies to ensure timely and safe arrival of shipments.
Coordinate the flow of materials and products through distribution centers or warehouses.
Maintain accurate inventory records to identify overstocks or shortages.
Review orders to confirm correct fulfillment and inclusion of all necessary information.
Plan routes and schedules for transport vehicles to meet delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to arrange deliveries of materials or products to clients.
Develop new methods for storing or transporting goods to reduce costs or increase efficiency.
Review shipping costs to determine the most cost-effective transportation methods.
Provide logistical support to other departments during events such as trade shows.

Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to gather, cleanse, sort, and aggregate data from various sources.
Proficiency in designing, planning, coordinating, and managing data for report generation.
