About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves utilizing current graphic design technology and software to prepare design, art, and copy layouts for various visual communications media, including proposals, presentations, reports, technical papers, and newsletters. The Senior Graphic Designer will operate under minimal supervision, contributing to key projects in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for client presentations and higher management reports.
Develop branding assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, and style guides.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.
Work directly with the Reports Manager to enhance submitted reports, presentations, and text for clarity and consistency.
Design and produce complex, reproduction-ready graphics such as brochures, flyers, charts, diagrams, and tables.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver innovative solutions.
Craft comprehensive reports and project progress presentations aligned with brand standards and technical requirements, applying user-centered design principles.
Serve as a central figure, alongside the Reports Manager, in creating monthly, weekly, ad-hoc, and progress reports and presentations.
Collaborate with consultants and clients to interpret briefs and transform complex project data into engaging digital presentations using customized Microsoft PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Desired Skills

Experience in motion graphics and video editing tools (*, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of Power BI.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates within a professional project environment. The position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with managers and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
