About the Role

Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager Investigations Diligence and Compliance Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading investigations, providing compliance advice, and developing client relationships within the region. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively manage cases from initiation to closure, including structuring projects, allocating resources, presenting findings, and offering commercially viable client advice.
Assist clients in investigating alleged regulatory breaches, fraud, bribery, and corruption incidents across the EMEA region.
Advise corporate clients on the development and enhancement of fraud, sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) compliance programs.
Support mid-tier financial institutions in assessing and improving their fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/ABC, and sanctions risk management frameworks.
Conduct fact-finding interviews with various stakeholders involved in cases.
Contribute to the growth of the Financial Investigations Practice in the region by identifying new clients, pursuing business opportunities, and maintaining key relationships with existing clients.
