About the Senior Manager - IT BRM Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - IT BRM (Business Relationship Manager) to serve as the primary IT liaison for various departments within the organization. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Senior Manager - IT BRM will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities. This role involves a deep understanding of business processes to provide strategic technical guidance, ensuring IT initiatives deliver maximum return on investment and align with the overall business strategy. A key objective is to proactively identify and mitigate both business and IT-related obstacles.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand all business processes to provide technical guidance that maximizes the return on investment for IT business strategy requirements.
• Identify and reduce business and IT obstacles.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the business to assist in project prioritization and ensure projects align with technology that yields maximum return on investment.
• Direct IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
• Represent technology teams in executive meetings, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in stakeholder management/engagement, business development, or software engineering.
• Extensive and proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, partners, and community members.
