About the Senior Manager IT BRM Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to serve as the primary IT liaison for various departments within the organization. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The BRM plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities to drive strategic value and ensure optimal return on investment.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Manager IT BRM is responsible for a comprehensive understanding of all business processes, providing essential technical guidance to maximize the return on investment for IT business strategy requirements. A key focus of this role is the proactive identification and reduction of obstacles that hinder both business and IT operations. This includes actively participating in project prioritization, ensuring alignment of projects with technology that delivers the greatest return, and directing IT strategy to support overarching business objectives.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Understanding business processes and providing technical guidance for IT strategy ROI.
• Identifying and mitigating business and IT obstacles.
• Assisting in project prioritization and ensuring alignment with technology for maximum ROI.
• Directing IT strategy in support of overall business strategy.
• Managing budgets, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
• Representing technology teams in executive meetings, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in areas such as stakeholder management/engagement, business development, or software engineering. Proven experience in building and maintaining robust relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, partners, and community members, is essential for success in this role.
