About the Role

ProcureNet is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving strategic sourcing and procurement excellence across assigned categories. The specialist will ensure value creation, optimize supplier performance, and foster effective stakeholder collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities across assigned categories.
• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluations, and selection processes.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.
• Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Proven experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.

Required Skills

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CIPS are considered an advantage.
