About the Role

KAFAAT Recruitment is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of real estate products and services in Riyadh. This position serves as a crucial link between business, technology, sales, and operations, aiming to deliver high-value real estate solutions that address market demand and enhance profitability.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for a range of real estate offerings, including residential, commercial, leasing, and proptech platforms. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for real estate products.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with development, design, engineering, sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant product delivery.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, use cases, and success metrics.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and launch to pricing, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, zoning laws, and local authority requirements.
• Analyze product performance using key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, sales velocity, ROI, and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and prioritize feedback from stakeholders, customers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor junior product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Support executive management with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in product management, real estate development, or proptech.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment models, leasing, and asset management.
• Proven experience managing complex products with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools and data analysis platforms.
