About the Opportunity

MRP-Global is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join a significant multi-year S/4 HANA program. This role is based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working with a leading global brand.

Project Context

The program is a large-scale, multi-year S/4 HANA implementation for a prominent international client. The successful candidate will contribute to this long-term initiative, providing specialized expertise in SAP Human Capital Management.

Key Contributions

As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for applying your expertise to the S/4 HANA program. Your contributions will include:

• Leveraging proven experience in SAP HCM to support project objectives.
• Applying specialized knowledge in Payroll and Time Tracking within the SAP environment.
• Utilizing extensive experience with S/4 HANA to drive successful implementation and integration.
• Ensuring solutions comply with local labour regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Proven experience working with SAP HCM.
• Experience working with Payroll and Time Tracking modules.
• Extensive experience working with S/4 HANA.
• Previous professional experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• A strong understanding of local labour regulations.

Engagement Details

This position is offered as a 12-month rolling contract, forming part of a larger multi-year project. The role requires on-site working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Compensation

The role offers excellent rates for the duration of the contract.
