About the Role

MCG Talent is partnering with a rapidly expanding AI technology company to recruit a Senior SEO Specialist. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves owning and scaling the organic growth strategy across global markets. It is a strategic, hands-on position focused on driving technical SEO, website performance, content optimization, AI search visibility, and conversion improvements, with a clear focus on generating pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, crawlability, and page speed.
• Optimize website UX, conversion journeys, and landing page performance.
• Partner with content teams to build SEO-led content strategies across English and Arabic.
• Drive visibility across emerging AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Track performance through GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other analytics tools to measure traffic, pipeline, and revenue impact.

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep expertise in technical SEO and website performance.
• Experience working closely with developers, content, and demand generation teams.
• Proven success delivering measurable commercial outcomes from organic search.

Industry Background

Candidates should possess a strong background in B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments.
