We are seeking a Senior SEO Organic Growth & Website Experience Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for a professional with 6-8 years of experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior SEO, Organic Growth & Website Experience Specialist will own MOZN’s organic growth strategy, website performance, technical SEO, content optimization, and AI search visibility. This role is directly accountable for increasing organic traffic, organic-sourced pipeline, website conversion rates, and enhancing the overall digital presence across MOZN’s product portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Manage organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility, and organic lead generation.
• Build SEO roadmaps across products, industries, and target markets, including competitor and search opportunity analysis.
• Partner with content teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies, create topic clusters, content briefs, and keyword frameworks.
• Optimize blogs, solution pages, product pages, and resource centers, improving multilingual search performance across English and Arabic content.
• Optimize MOZN's visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
• Develop strategies to improve citation frequency, authority, and discoverability within AI-generated responses, and monitor emerging AI search trends.

Technical SEO and Website Management

• Conduct technical audits and implement necessary improvements.
• Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.
• Manage structured data, schema markup, redirects, XML sitemaps, and canonicalization.
• Oversee overall website health and performance.
• Collaborate with developers to implement enhancements and resolve technical issues.
• Improve user journeys, navigation, engagement, and conversion paths.
• Manage landing page optimization and website experimentation.

Performance Measurement and Digital Authority

• Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, backlinks, website engagement, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue influence.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement backlink acquisition strategies.
• Drive thought leadership, PR, guest posting, and other digital authority initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• 6–8 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or website optimization.
• Experience within B2B SaaS, AI, enterprise software, fintech, cybersecurity, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated strong technical SEO expertise.
• Strong understanding of website UX, CRO, and digital analytics.
• Experience collaborating with developers, content teams, and demand generation teams.
• Proven experience managing multilingual SEO programs.
• Data-driven and commercially minded, with a clear understanding of the connection between SEO, pipeline, and revenue.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
