About the Role

Quest Search and Selection is seeking a Service Technician to join a global leader in premium consumer technology. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves providing after-sales support for advanced fitness equipment. The role is suitable for a technically proficient and customer-focused professional with 2-5 years of experience in a field-based service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute service jobs in line with defined standard operating procedures.
Deliver strong field performance against key service KPIs.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair technical equipment.
Conduct effective root cause analysis to determine appropriate solutions.
Manage and maintain accurate parts inventory.
Educate customers on proper technical use and care of equipment.
Accurately manage work orders and service reports.
Provide structured technical feedback from the field to internal teams.
Communicate estimated arrival times and manage customer expectations.
Escalate complex issues when required.
Ensure accurate service data reporting.
Maintain company equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly.
Adhere to all Health & Safety standards and company guidelines.
