QTC- Quality Techno Certification is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for a professional with 2-5 years of experience, specifically a minimum of 3 years in digital marketing and social media management.

Role Summary

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content, and engaging with our audience across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of the Saudi audience and the ability to create professional content in Arabic, including the Saudi dialect.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content plans.
• Write creative and professional content in Arabic and the Saudi dialect.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar.
• Schedule and publish content across different platforms.
• Engage with the audience and manage comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce integrated visual content.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze results and recommend ways to improve reach and engagement.
• Follow relevant trends and develop ideas suited to the Saudi audience.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Experience in developing content plans and calendars.
• Familiarity with content-management, scheduling, and analytics tools.

Essential Skills and Platform Expertise

• Excellent Arabic copywriting skills, including content written in the Saudi dialect.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Creativity and a strong understanding of the Saudi audience.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to achieve social media objectives.
