Solutions Architect

About the Role

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on designing and implementing robust, scalable, and innovative enterprise solutions, with an emphasis on integrating AI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Java technologies, infrastructure, networking, enterprise and product solutions architecture, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Java and related frameworks such as Spring Framework for backend solutions and Angular/React for frontend development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architectural approaches, and ensure technical alignment.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical leadership for complex development projects.
• Drive the adoption and adherence to SDLC best practices.
• Define and oversee infrastructure and networking architecture to support scalable and secure applications.
• Leverage AWS services to build cost-effective, secure, and highly available cloud-based solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise application architectures to enhance functionality and business value.
• Evaluate and implement AI frameworks, tools, and models for tasks such as natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Define and oversee enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and future growth leveraging TOGAF principles.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and security protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture, AI, and software development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture.
• Strong background in Java and Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience with infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions.
• Expertise in AI integration within enterprise environments.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Java technologies and frameworks (*, Spring Framework).
• Experience with frontend development (*, Angular/React).
• Knowledge of AWS services for cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, tools, and models for NLP, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Understanding of TOGAF principles for enterprise architecture.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
