About the Role

Amazon is seeking a motivated and analytical Sr. Account Manager to manage key merchants within its growing Payment Services business. This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of exceeding goals while maintaining a customer-centric focus. This role requires managing senior-level relationships with external merchants, effective communication with internal leadership, developing scalable processes, and a capacity for in-depth problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes for merchant onboarding, growth, and management.
  • Represent merchant interests to internal leadership, contributing to innovation on behalf of customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, marketing, product, and technology teams.
  • Manage senior-level relationships with external merchants.
  • Communicate effectively with internal leadership.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes.
  • Engage in deep problem-solving initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building and growing relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present to senior leadership.
  • Experience working with customers, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service, or equivalent experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
  • Experience in building processes, project management, and managing schedules.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role involves managing key merchant relationships within Amazon Payment Services.
