About the Key Account Manager Role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co., the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for managing and developing relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities within major projects. MEMF Electrical Industries Co. specializes in locally engineered, high-quality electrical products for Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure, operating advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities within GIGA and mega projects.
• Leading commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract management.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Developing account strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing client requirements.
• Preparing and delivering technical and commercial presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Ensuring timely reporting, forecasting, and account performance reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in key account management, business development, or sales within the electrical, energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience working with GIGA or large-scale development projects.
• A strong understanding of electrical systems, project environments, and commercial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
