About the Role

CEER is seeking a Storekeeper Parts Warehouse to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for managing spare parts and accessories within the CEER parts warehouse. The role focuses on ensuring accurate stock records and maintaining an organized storage environment to support aftersales operations.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the efficient flow of spare parts and accessories. This includes receiving, storing, picking, and issuing items to support timely availability for service centers, dealers, and customers. The Storekeeper plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders/delivery notes, and reporting any discrepancies or damage.
  • Bin and store parts in designated warehouse locations in accordance with CEER Warehouse & storage SOPs.
  • Label and tag stock items using standard identification methods to ensure traceability.
  • Pick parts accurately against sales orders, repair orders, and internal requisitions within specified service-level timeframes.
  • Pack and prepare parts for dispatch to service centers, dealers, or customers, adhering to CEER packaging standards.
  • Issue parts to counter and service sales teams, ensuring proper sign-off and documentation for each transaction.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock takes, reconciling system records (SAP) against physical stock.
  • Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
  • Flag slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock items for review.
  • Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts where certified) safely and in line with HSE procedures.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 5S/housekeeping standards.
  • Support periodic warehouse audits and compliance checks.
  • Record all stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments) accurately and on time in SAP/WMS.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for goods receipt notes, delivery notes, and stock adjustment forms.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates within a warehouse setting. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and organizational standards to maintain an efficient and secure working environment.
