Taj HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a prominent international industrial group specializing in the aluminum sector. Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for specialized roles, including Engineering, Technical, and Senior Management positions. The role involves strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and negotiation, contributing to the organization's talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized Engineering, Technical, and Senior Management positions.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting, and specialized databases.
• Conduct candidate screening, preliminary assessments, and negotiations within designated budget parameters.
• Prepare and monitor key recruitment reports and KPIs, such as Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Pipeline Status.
• Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated capability in managing recruitment for specialized roles.
