About the Tamheer Graphic Designer Trainee Role

Aon, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Tamheer Program Graphic Designer Trainee to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship opportunity is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eligible for the Tamheer program.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Graphic Designer Trainee will play a key role in supporting colleagues across Aon's branches by creating high-quality visual materials. This position ensures effective communication with clients and aligns all visual outputs with Aon’s established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and utilize design elements to communicate ideas for both internal and external audiences.
• Design a diverse range of materials, including advertisements, brochures, business logos, and reports, for digital and print channels.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports, ensuring adherence to Aon's branding guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with brokerage and functional teams across all Saudi branches to deliver high-quality client materials.
• Provide support for various online and offline media requirements, such as social media assets, email banners, and printed collateral.
• Produce branded items including letterhead, business cards, door cards, Eid cards, and other event or campaign-specific materials.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Eligibility for the Tamheer program in Saudi Arabia, meeting all HRDF/Tamheer criteria.
• A strong portfolio of work that effectively demonstrates graphic design skills and creativity.
