Technical Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of building and systems maintenance and repairs, ensuring the physical building and its various systems are maintained to high standards. The Technical Supervisor will play a key role in delivering a positive experience for guests by ensuring all facilities are in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop maintenance team members, providing training, scheduling, and support to ensure high-quality work and performance.
• Support the maintenance of the physical building, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation of all work within the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with established standards.
• Ensure prompt and efficient responses to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
• Conduct scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and service requests, to ensure all hotel fixtures and fittings remain in safe condition.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical or maintenance supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop a maintenance team.
• Familiarity with local and national regulations pertaining to facility safety and compliance.
• Experience with property management systems for documenting maintenance work.
