About the Role

NOK Human Capital is seeking a Junior Sales / Telesales Executive to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on Odoo, ERP, and CRM solutions. The role requires 1-2 years of experience and involves identifying and engaging potential clients for SaaS solutions.

Role Overview

The Junior Sales / Telesales Executive will specialize in promoting Odoo, ERP, and CRM solutions. This position is critical for generating new business leads and supporting the sales process through direct client engagement and follow-up activities. The successful candidate will be comfortable with outbound sales calls and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels including calls, emails, and networking.
Maintain and update lead information accurately using CRM tools.
Introduce SaaS ERP and CRM solutions to potential clients.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and provide support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be a Saudi national.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to be target-driven.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls.

Work Environment
