About the Role

Keeta is seeking a User Growth Strategy Analysis Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to the development of a food delivery platform by focusing on user growth, retention, and monetization strategies. The manager will be part of the founding team, working to introduce global best practices to the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the core KPI system for user-side metrics, and continuously optimize the weekly/monthly operational monitoring framework to track business goal achievement.
Conduct in-depth research on key business issues using data analysis, user research, and market research methods, providing clear strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with the operations team on the design, analysis, and evaluation of user-side subsidies, activities, and traffic strategies, promoting A/B testing and iterative optimization.
Coordinate internal data product requirements, including dashboards, data retrieval, and user tags, working with product and technology teams to ensure stable delivery of data infrastructure.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to enhance daily work efficiency and quality, and explore best practices for AI application within the role.

Experience and Qualifications

2-5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to apply data analysis and research methods to strategic business challenges.
Experience collaborating with operational and technical teams.
