About the Quality Advisor Role at Wood

Wood is seeking a Quality Advisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based approximately 200 km northeast of Taif. The role involves supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality programs and systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of quality programs, ensuring adherence to budgets and compliance with contractual and quality plan arrangements.
Support the creation and maintenance of quality plans to meet contractual requirements.
Contribute to the maintenance, documentation, and deployment of Wood's Quality Management System within the assigned organization.
Aid in establishing assurance schedules and support the implementation of internal, external, and extrinsic assurance activities.
Assist in the quality review and approval processes for product and material requisitions.
Review subcontractor and supplier quality management systems, plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), documentation, and records to ensure compliance with stated requirements.
Coordinate third-party vendor inspection visits, including the review and distribution of reports.
Support the management and analysis of Non-conformance and corrective action data.
Assist in the creation and review of tender packages and proposals.
Attend kick-off meetings to establish the implementation strategy for defined quality requirements.
Promote awareness of quality principles through targeted communication, education, and training initiatives.
Support lessons learned and continual improvement processes.
Assist in the implementation of organizational and local management reviews and the reporting of metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a similar field.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located at a site approximately 200 km northeast of Taif, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within Wood's operational framework to ensure quality standards are met across projects.
