About the Role: Infrastructure & Network Administration

Tayseer Finance is seeking an Infrastructure & Network Administrator to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role involves maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable services. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.

Role Description

The Infrastructure & Network Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and support of on-premises servers, virtualization, backup, storage, email, and endpoint systems. This role involves resolving technical incidents, implementing approved changes, and ensuring secure, reliable IT services in coordination with the infrastructure supervisor and cybersecurity team.

Key Responsibilities

Review monitoring alerts, investigate recurring issues, and coordinate technical cases with vendors and service providers.
Implement approved security hardening and vulnerability remediation; maintain system documentation, asset records, and change implementation evidence.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, physical infrastructure, and VMware virtual machines; monitor system availability, performance, and capacity.
Operate Veeam backup and replication jobs, investigate failures, and perform documented restore tests; support disaster recovery exercises.
Utilize ManageEngine Endpoint Central for software deployment, endpoint management, and application of approved operating system and application patches.
Support privileged access management through PAM, including approved account onboarding, access troubleshooting, and session recording checks.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
At least 3–4 years of experience in the same position.
Proficiency with Windows Server 2019 or later, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS administration.
Experience with VMware vSAN, vSphere Replication, and Site Recovery Manager; participation in disaster recovery testing.
Demonstrated experience supporting production systems, troubleshooting incidents, and implementing changes through documented procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Eastern region. The role involves working within a dedicated IT team, collaborating with infrastructure and cybersecurity personnel to maintain robust IT services.
