About Tozeen and the Role

Tozeen is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Al Qassim. This is a full-time position designed to enhance our human resources functions and support our organizational growth. The specialist will play a key role in managing various HR processes and ensuring a compliant and efficient work environment.

Role Purpose

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for overseeing critical HR operations, from talent acquisition to employee relations and compliance. This role ensures that Tozeen's HR practices align with internal policies and labor regulations, contributing to the overall effectiveness and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Monitor employee affairs and execute daily administrative HR procedures.
• Oversee and evaluate employee performance, tracking skill development and growth.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies and relevant labor regulations.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in a human resources role.
• Proficiency in HR platforms and government systems, including but not limited to Qiwa, Muqeem, and Social Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and best practices in employee relations.

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated management and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required for this position.
