About the Role

Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join its team in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a qualified professional with strong leadership skills and a background in hospital pharmacy operations. The role focuses on ensuring patient safety and operational excellence within the pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Manage medication inventory, procurement processes, and cost optimization initiatives.
Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and patient safety programs.
Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. A PharmD or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Minimum of 8 years of total experience in pharmacy, including at least 2 years in a managerial or similar leadership role.
Valid SCFHS classification and registration are required.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in the Medina branch of Saudi German Health. The Pharmacy Manager will work within a hospital setting, collaborating with various medical and clinical departments to ensure integrated patient care.
