About the Role

Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd. is seeking a Senior HR Analyst (Recruitment) to join its team in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to providing expert analytical support across various HR programs, policies, processes, studies, and systems to enhance overall HR management activities.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior HR Analyst will deliver timely and effective support on HR issues, ensuring all HR programs comply with established strategies and operational priorities. This role involves planning, scheduling, and implementing HR activities that support business operations, while also providing recommendations for continuous improvement within HR management.

Key Recruitment Responsibilities

• Analyze candidate requirements to determine talent needs and appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Identify, attract, assess, and hire internal or external talent to fulfill current and future organizational requirements.
• Improve hiring strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in talent acquisition processes.
• Plan talent recruitment activities to ensure critical and key positions are filled with qualified candidates.
• Establish and follow defined criteria for identifying and securing quality talent, incorporating effective planning, employer branding, and technology utilization.

HR Systems and Data Analysis

• Calculate, compile, and record various manpower/workforce planning data, estimating optimal staffing levels for short-term and long-term needs.
• Participate in Human Resources Projects, organization interventions, and Organization Development projects, providing professional input.
• Organize and maintain schedules for HR policies, processes, and systems implementation or updates, ensuring necessary assessments and consultations.
• Operate, maintain, and update HR systems, including OM systems, approved organization structure, positions, and SAP-ERP related works.
• Address queries and requests from reporting officers and stakeholders, clarifying analysis, data, reports, HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Conduct regular performance, predictive, and various business analyses, generating reports to support departmental decisions with data and dashboards.
• Analyze, monitor, and perform quality control on function systems, processes, documents, and records, ensuring internal controls are maintained.

Organizational Development and Collaboration

• Contribute to the development and formulation of HR policies and procedures, securing approvals, implementing, and periodically evaluating their effectiveness.
• Conduct impact analysis of previously implemented organizational changes and provide recommendations for future HR direction.
• Participate in various planning activities, assessments, surveys, and studies, creating reports and presentations.
• Support analyses and studies, devising recommendations for the resolution of unique issues or cases pertaining to unit functions and systems.
• Engage in organizational effectiveness interventions, change management initiatives, and support HRIS short-term and long-term programs.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements, recommending and implementing solutions for process improvement and reengineering.
• Coordinate with the HR Information System team and advise on organizational charts to confirm the accuracy of job titles, supervisory responsibility, and lines of authority.
• Participate in developing, coordinating, and reviewing Competency mapping processes in conjunction with the Training & Development team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR analysis, with a focus on recruitment and talent management. The ability to perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct Supervisor is also expected.
