About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator who is a Saudi National to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role involves developing and managing comprehensive training programs to enhance employee competency and address technical skill gaps within the company. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current employee competency and manage personnel appraisals.
Analyze and identify the need for technical training within the company, then design an integrated training program.
Communicate with employees to discuss technical issues they are facing.
Develop training materials, including outlines, handouts, and other exercises.
Coordinate with industry experts for conducting classroom-style training and workshops.
Schedule training sessions through e-learning platforms.
Ensure all newly hired employees receive relevant and necessary training.
Evaluate the job performance of employees to determine the effects of training after each session.
Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and make necessary recommendations to improve training programs.
Collaborate with vendors hired for specialized training programs.
Stay informed of relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International, ensuring continued compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a training coordination or similar role, demonstrating a strong background in developing and implementing training initiatives.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Al Madinah. The role requires a Saudi National.
