About Four Seasons and the Hostess Role

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Hostess for Vivi, a Mediterranean beachfront restaurant located within the new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in the Red Sea destination, situated along the western coast of the Kingdom between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The resort, on Shura Island, will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites, alongside six restaurant and lounge outlets and a range of leisure facilities.

Vivi Restaurant Overview

Vivi is designed as a Mediterranean sanctuary, offering a blend of seaside and countryside flavors. The menu highlights the freshest seafood, shellfish, and a curated selection of dry-aged meats, providing a distinct dining experience for guests.

Role Summary

The Hostess serves as the initial point of contact for all guests, responsible for delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless seating process. This role is fundamental in establishing a positive first impression and maintaining efficient table management within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally upon arrival.
• Efficiently manage reservations and accommodate walk-in guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Coordinate with servers to manage table availability and turnover.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area.
• Address guest inquiries, manage wait times, and handle special requests.
• Answer phone calls and manage booking systems effectively.
• Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Thank guests upon departure and extend an invitation for their return.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience, with previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Demonstrated professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
