About the Role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, located in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Hostess to join their team. This full-time position is responsible for being the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and an efficient seating process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests effectively.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Coordinate with servers to manage table availability and turnover.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area.
• Handle guest inquiries, manage wait times, and address special requests.
• Answer phone calls and manage booking systems.
• Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return.

Qualifications and Experience

This role requires individuals with 0-1 years of experience. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is also necessary. Additional languages are considered advantageous.
