The Role of Draftsman, Golf Division

The Draftsman for the Golf Division is responsible for preparing, developing, and maintaining detailed technical drawings and plans. This role focuses on golf course construction, landscape development, irrigation systems, drainage networks, cart paths, golf facilities, and associated infrastructure. The Draftsman will work closely with golf course architects, engineers, project managers, agronomy teams, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely production of drawings that support project delivery and operational requirements in Tabuk, specifically Umluj and Tabuk. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings and BIM modeling for golf course construction and development projects.
• Develop plans, profiles, sections, and details for golf course features including tees, greens, fairways, bunkers, lakes, cart paths, bridges, and practice facilities.
• Prepare irrigation and drainage layouts, including pump station drawings, in coordination with irrigation engineers and golf course consultants.
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes, site requirements, and management feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project closeout documentation.
• Conduct site visits to collect measurements and verify field conditions.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure drawing integration and consistency.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain document control for all drawing revisions, submissions, and approvals.
• Produce shop drawings and detailed construction drawings for subcontractors and partners.
• Support project planning and execution by providing accurate drafting and technical documentation.
• Prepare presentation drawings and visual plans when required.
• Review consultant and contractor drawings to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Maintain drawing templates, standards, and CAD libraries for golf projects.
• Stay updated on drafting technologies, software advancements, and golf course construction best practices.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant drafting role.
• Proficiency in CAD software and BIM modeling.
• Knowledge of golf course construction, landscape development, and associated infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret and prepare detailed technical drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Environment

This role is based in the Tabuk region, covering locations such as Umluj and Tabuk. The Draftsman will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors, in a dynamic project environment.
