About the Role

Saudi Iwaa for Residential Compounds is seeking an Investment, Licensing, Land, and Government Relations Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and fostering key relationships within the real estate sector.

Role Overview

The specialist will be instrumental in managing the company's investment initiatives, securing necessary licenses, handling land-related matters, and maintaining effective government relations. This role requires a deep understanding of local regulations and a proactive approach to facilitating business operations and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage investment-related activities and strategies for residential compounds.
• Oversee the acquisition, processing, and renewal of all necessary licenses and permits.
• Handle all aspects related to land acquisition, registration, and management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant government entities and stakeholders.
• Ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable real estate, municipal, and government regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 4 to 7 years of professional experience in investment, real estate development, licensing, or government relations.

Required Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate and municipal regulations.
• Familiarity with electronic government platforms and processes.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations.

Compensation and Application
