About Al Jawda International Restaurants

Al Jawda International Restaurants, a company specializing in the restaurant sector, is seeking a Restaurant Accountant to join its team. This is a full-time position based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on maintaining precise financial records and supporting operational efficiency within our establishments.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of our restaurants, ensuring accuracy in sales reporting, inventory management, and supplier accounts. This role is critical for maintaining financial integrity and providing insightful data for operational decisions.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales by reconciling Point of Sale (POS) system reports with actual cash, network payments, and delivery application sales.
• Oversee inventory management, including periodic stock counts for warehouses and refrigerators, and analyze waste and variance ratios.
• Handle supplier accounts by reviewing invoices and accurately entering them into the accounting system.

Candidate Profile

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in restaurant accounting, which is an essential requirement for this role.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using accounting systems such as Foodics and ERP.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrate extreme accuracy with numbers, high integrity, and strong analytical skills.
