Join a Leading Company as a Senior Business Analyst!
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with over 8 years of proven experience in the financial sector and services industry to join the team at Smartera 3S Solutions and Systems in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex financial business requirements and processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
  • Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and gap assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Support regulatory and compliance-related initiatives within financial services.
  • Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and new implementations.
  • Participate in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting insights to support decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in financial systems and services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or related financial domain.
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, payments, cards, treasury, and risk.
  • Experience working with core banking systems or financial platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Preferred Technical Skills:
  • SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (*, AML, KYC, IFRS, Basel, etc.).
  • Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with digital banking or payment systems.
  • Core Banking Experience.
