Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst Specialist at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), you will play a critical role in analyzing complex systems and providing innovative solutions to improve business processes. Located at IsDB HQ in Jeddah, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our technological landscape and directly support internal clients in meeting their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform business analysis, clarifying and translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Support decision-making through options analysis and technical assessments.
• Coordination of changes and enhancements, ensuring documentation and quality assurance across projects.
• Engage in user acceptance testing and produce user manuals aligned with changes.
• Continuously suggest enhancements to streamline business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in an IT environment with a focus on business analysis.
• Fluent in English (Arabic and French preferred).

Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP and collaboration platforms.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
