Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager will oversee documentation control, broker management, authority follow-ups, and warehouse coordination. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth import/export clearance, timely receipt of goods, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor new shipments and manage shipment operations.
• Track and ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders for operational improvements.
• Document and track shipments, ensuring real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Engage with authorities to manage clearance issues and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
