Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor the security team, conducting performance evaluations and providing growth opportunities.
- Security Operations Management: Implement and oversee security protocols, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Property Safety Oversight: Conduct regular security patrols and proactively address safety concerns.
- Investigation Support: Assist in investigations related to incidents, thefts, and policy violations.
- Emergency Response Management: Coordinate responses to emergencies, ensuring timely and efficient action.
- Liaison with Law Enforcement: Maintain communication with local authorities regarding security matters.
- Documentation Management: Ensure accurate maintenance of security reports and compliance documentation.
