At the Grandeur, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Supervisor to play a key role in identifying and securing new catering and labor service contracts. This position requires someone who can work independently and contribute to the market strategy through valuable ground-level insights.

At the Grandeur, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Supervisor to play a key role in identifying and securing new catering and labor service contracts. This position requires someone who can work independently and contribute to the market strategy through valuable ground-level insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, industrial zones, and potential client offices.
- Source and qualify new leads via site visits, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, including project managers and procurement officers.
- Present the company's catering and labor service offerings professionally.
- Attend client meetings, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms until closure.
- Prepare customized proposals and contracts that meet client needs.
- Monitor project announcements and business opportunities across sectors.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment.
- Maintain and update lead tracking sheets with follow-up statuses.
- Analyze competitor activity and recommend pricing adjustments as needed.
- Attend industry events to promote the company.
- Provide performance reports to the CEO on market feedback and progress.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in field sales or B2B client acquisition.
- Experience in catering, manpower supply, or facility services is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the construction and industrial sectors.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Valid driving license is required.
