The Corporate Lawyer Role

Trabulsi & Co. is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its Corporate and Commercial Transactions Department. This role involves managing client files, providing legal advice, and drafting various legal documents, with a focus on corporate affairs and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documents, primarily in English.
Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial transactions, including company formation, restructuring, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Reviewing contracts, preparing amendments and legal notes, and participating in negotiations with clients and opposing parties.
Managing and independently following up on client files within the department, while collaborating with partners on complex legal matters.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a law firm, with demonstrated experience in corporate affairs, transactions, and commercial contracts.
Advanced proficiency in English, including a high ability to draft and review complex legal contracts and documents.
Strong practical experience in providing legal advice to companies and handling commercial transactions.

Required Skills

Excellent skills in legal drafting, analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Ability to manage client files and communicate efficiently and professionally.
Capacity to work independently within a professional environment that demands accuracy and quality.
