Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Ensuring all guest transactions contribute positively to the overall dining experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Less than 1 year of related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is necessary for this position.
• No specific license or certification is required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style. The work environment also demands the following physical capabilities:

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Proficiency in reading and visually verifying menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
