Litigation Lawyer

About the Role

Trabulsi & Co. is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves working within a specialized legal team that represents clients and provides legal consultations across a diverse range of cases, disputes, and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution files, and representing clients before courts, judicial and semi-judicial bodies, and specialized committees in the Kingdom.
• Preparing, drafting, and reviewing memos, regulations, defenses, requests, and legal documents related to cases and disputes.
• Studying case files, analyzing facts, documents, and evidence, identifying legal positions and risks, and developing appropriate strategies.
• Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing memos, opinions, and legal consultations.
• Attending sessions, meetings, negotiations, and strategic case discussions with clients and the work team.
• Managing client files and following up on procedures and judicial deadlines independently and efficiently, according to experience level.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and commercial documents, and studying associated legal and commercial risks.
• Participating in reviewing and amending contracts and negotiating disputed clauses and terms with opposing parties.
• Providing legal support in commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters when required by the file's nature.
• Ensuring the compliance of legal work and documents with the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom.
• Maintaining high levels of professionalism, accuracy, responsiveness, and quality in legal work.
• Contributing to developing client relationships and maintaining long-term professional relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases and provide legal consultations.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
