Established in 1970, Al Thaghr Printing specializes in providing printing and packaging solutions to businesses across Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join its team.

The Role of Sales Executive

This full-time Sales Executive position is based in Jeddah, Makkah Region. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, nurturing existing client relationships, pursuing sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach new customers to expand market reach.
Develop existing and assigned accounts to foster long-term relationships.
Conduct client visits and follow up on sales opportunities effectively.
Prepare and follow up on quotations in a timely manner.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate customer records.
Follow up on receivables and customer payments.
Coordinate customer requirements with Sales Managers and internal teams.
Attend weekly sales meetings and provide regular updates on progress.
Adhere to company pricing and sales procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales role.
Demonstrated ability to manage sales processes from lead generation to collection.

Compensation

The compensation for this role includes a quarterly performance bonus. This bonus is based on sales achievements, acquisition of new clients, collection performance, and overall KPI performance.
