About the Role

Munawla Cargo Company is seeking a Sales Specialist – Air Freight to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting Munawla’s air freight and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will have practical understanding of air cargo import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new air freight business opportunities within the Jeddah market.
• Generate leads, approach prospective customers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer shipping requirements and recommend suitable air freight and logistics solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with pricing and operations teams.
• Coordinate competitive air freight rates, routing options, transit times, and service solutions.
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, customer inquiries, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer follow-ups.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining healthy margins and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in air freight or freight forwarding sales.
• Practical understanding of air cargo import and export operations.
