Senior Lead Security Analyst

About the Role

Zahid Tractor is seeking a Senior Lead Security Analyst to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture by identifying, analyzing, and responding to security threats and incidents. The Senior Lead Security Analyst will support security operations, implement security solutions, and protect systems, infrastructure, applications, and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security incident investigation and response activities.
• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM and other security tools.
• Conduct security assessments and provide actionable security recommendations.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain various security solutions.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and support security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to mitigate security risks effectively.
• Maintain security monitoring and protection platforms.
• Mentor junior security analysts, fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure continuous compliance with security standards and architecture principles.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity roles.

Internal and External Interactions

This role involves significant collaboration both internally and externally. Internally, the Senior Lead Security Analyst will interact with the DSD Team and Operational Product Owners to discuss procedural and configuration changes, and to receive directions and recommendations. Externally, interactions will include vendors, suppliers, and government entities to manage third-party implementations, support, licensing, and contracts, ensuring continuous compliance with regulations.
