The Role of Accountant (Accounts Receivable AR)

United Members Company is seeking an Accountant (Accounts Receivable AR) to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for managing customer invoicing, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. The Accountant will maintain accurate accounts receivable records and ensure all customer transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and identify overdue accounts.
• Follow up on overdue payments through appropriate communication channels.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date accounts receivable records.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Accurately record all customer transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in an accounting role, specifically with Accounts Receivable responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage invoicing and payment collection processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
