About the Role

YO IT Consulting is seeking an Adobe After Effects Expert for a contract position. In this role, you will contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input. Your expertise will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced Adobe After Effects skills to produce high-quality, dynamic video projects.
• Review and evaluate motion graphics workflows and project files to ensure optimal quality.
• Provide clear, detailed written and verbal explanations for creative and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver feedback and refine creative outputs.
• Document complex animation and visual effects processes through comprehensive guides or tutorials.
• Assess real-world use cases and contribute to building datasets that align with current motion design industry standards.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in all project deliverables through meticulous attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mid-level expertise in Adobe After Effects, supported by a robust portfolio of professional motion graphics or visual effects work.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on animation, compositing, and rendering workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
