Jeddah Airports is seeking an experienced Airport Duty Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of airport functions. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and requires a professional with a strong background in airport management.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Airport Duty Manager is responsible for developing and managing organizational unit plans to ensure seamless operations and facilitate the achievement of objectives. This role involves leading operational responses to events, driving stakeholder management, and ensuring overall airport readiness and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage organizational unit plans to ensure seamless operations and achieve departmental objectives.
• Lead airport operations, respond effectively to unplanned events, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Oversee stakeholder management, including communication, coordination, and emergency response planning.
• Ensure airport readiness by monitoring the availability of equipment, facilities, and technology.
• Monitor service standards, support passenger experience initiatives, and allocate resources to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
• Supervise shift staff, promote customer-focused operations, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide data, reports, and performance analysis to support informed decision-making and drive operational improvements.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in airport operations management or a closely related field.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of emergency response planning and regulatory compliance within the aviation industry.
• An analytical mindset with the capacity to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts and adapt to evolving operational needs.

Work Environment and Location
