About the Boutique Manager Role

Vacheron Constantin is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead operations in Makkah, specifically within the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on creating an exceptional client experience, fostering a positive employee environment, and driving sustainable business results through a strong clienteling approach.

Core Responsibilities

The Boutique Manager will be responsible for cultivating a unique boutique atmosphere that delivers memorable client experiences and a fulfilling employee experience. This role is pivotal in implementing clienteling strategies to achieve ambitious and sustainable business objectives.

Business Development and Client Engagement

  • Contribute to the growth of the Brand's market reputation and desirability through networking and participation in client events.
  • Initiate boutique events and activities, potentially through partnerships, to increase sales and foot traffic.
  • Maintain awareness of the local business environment and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Drive and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
  • Develop and nurture individual client and prospect relationships, leading by example.
  • Build and expand the VVIP client database.

Boutique Operations and Performance Management

  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets aligned with Brand objectives.
  • Propose, define, monitor, and ensure the implementation of action plans to meet sales targets.
  • Drive, monitor, and report on boutique performance, sharing in-depth business knowledge.
  • Provide sales leadership, setting performance targets for the team and individuals using relevant KPIs.
  • Manage operational changes and ensure the adoption of new tools and services.
  • Oversee boutique operations in compliance with Brand and group policies.
  • Ensure adherence to all Brand and Richemont procedures to support team performance.

Brand Representation and Team Leadership

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, maintaining its image integrity with clients and the local retail community.
  • Serve as the key contact for interactions with the Group and International HQ, including organizing visits and events.
  • Adhere to the established values and presentation rituals of the Maison.
  • Design optimal boutique organization, recruit suitable profiles, and proactively develop talent pipelines.
  • Foster positive team relationships by understanding and addressing individual motivations and concerns.
  • Identify training needs and ensure tailored development plans are communicated to each team member.
  • Develop a business-oriented approach through regular coaching and role-playing to enhance performance.
  • Coach, train, motivate, and lead the team with professionalism.
  • Instill a strong sense of purpose and cohesive team spirit, reinforcing engagement.
  • Communicate and motivate the boutique team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
  • Drive performance management to achieve KPIs and exceed expectations.
