About Saudi Iwaa for Residential Compounds

Saudi Iwaa for Residential Compounds (IWAA) is an integrated Saudi platform dedicated to workforce accommodation and comprehensive support services. With nearly two decades of operating experience across the Kingdom, IWAA specializes in designing, building, and operating scalable workforce communities. The company delivers a full range of services, including accommodation, catering, facility management, transport, hygiene services, medical support, and resident welfare, all managed under a professionally governed model.

The Role: Call Center Specialist (Tamheer)

IWAA is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join its team. This full-time position, offered as part of the Tamheer program, is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will be responsible for managing client and resident communications, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for services provided in Makkah and Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and residents in a professional manner.
  • Respond to inquiries related to accommodation and various support services.
  • Collect customer information and accurately understand their specific requirements.
  • Prepare and dispatch quotations to clients for requested services.
  • Record and update customer details and case information within the system.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients after sending quotations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and coordinate effectively with internal teams for resolution.
  • Prepare basic reports detailing call activities and identifying recurring inquiry patterns.
  • Maintain high service quality standards and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar data entry platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple inquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with various internal departments.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position, with opportunities available in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within a dynamic customer service environment, directly contributing to the support and satisfaction of residents and clients across IWAA's residential compounds.
