About Shangri-La Jeddah

Shangri-La Jeddah is situated on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the Red Sea. The hotel features floor-to-ceiling windows and interiors designed to reflect the sea and sandy beaches. Amenities include a dedicated Kids Club and various dining concepts, such as the Shang Palace. The hotel offers 203 rooms and suites, 17 luxury serviced apartments, and is conveniently located near Jeddah’s landmarks and the Red Sea Mall. It also includes 116 privately owned Burj Assila Residences.

Role Overview

The Service Associate - Concierge role is a full-time position based in Jeddah, requiring 0-1 years of experience. This position is responsible for providing guest services and assisting guests with their luggage and other items, ensuring a professional and attentive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
Assist guests with airline reservations and confirmations, message handling, transportation arrangements, city tours, and restaurant reservations.
Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and with care, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Maintain proper records for all guest deliveries.
Uphold all quality standards and procedures from guest pre-arrival, arrival, in-house stay, to departure.
Coordinate and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a related service role.
Ability to provide guest services and handle luggage efficiently.
